The following video is a quick 29 second segment that will show you some basic prenatal yoga stretches. You can see how easy these stretches are and naturally you can modify them to your fitness level. Daily prenatal yoga should probably be mandatory for any woman who seeks a healthy pregnancy and a natural childbirth. The stretching will feel wonderful, keep you limber,fit and firm, maintain a peaceful, calm outlook and perhaps most importantly, help prepare your body for the task ahead.
