This video will give you a quick peek into the world of prenatal belly dancing. Belly dancing during pregnancy is an excellent way to stay limber, fit , have fun and help prepare your body for labor. Check out this video and see if this does not look like more fun than a “traditional” prenatal workout. Remember, if you are having fun you are more likely to stick with it.

Prenatal belly dancing is also an excellent exercise during early labor to help move your baby into position, relax and energize you for the coming event.
